Field Trial Monitoring Results

Good potential utility as an urban tree based on evaluation of 24 trees, healthy crown, 100% survival, moderate growth rate. Herbivory and leaf dieback found on a majority of individuals. This species was tricky to transplant in the nursery. Training may be required as many plants are naturally multi-trunked.

Propagation Results

We got good germination with seed sown in October. Seedlings are moderately fast growing.
